When my second son Gustav was born it was hard for me to get away to the studio and create so out of pure frustration I forced myself to stay awake each night after everybody had finally gone to bed. I missed seeing friends so each night around midnight I drew up a portrait and posted it on my instagram. It was a wierd way of spending time in my head with one friend each night. And people loved it. Orders came in. Painting portraits payed for diapers and I got myself a nice inkbased portraitportfolio and commissioned work in the form of EP-covers for new tracks on Spotify.
